How It Works
Our Three Week Process
DAY ZEROPreparation
Before your week begins, we start with our Discovery Survey (spoiler: it’s pretty fun), so we can get on the same web page.
After an orientation call with your Project Manager to talk vision and process, you’ll fill out your site outline and share your images and logo with your WOTW team.
Finally, we’ll wrap this phase by putting our heads — and calendars — together to schedule your daily design review calls, from kickoff to launch.
WEEK 1Design Week
You’ve done plenty of work so far - we’ll take it from here. On Monday we kick off the project and get to work!
Your dedicated Project Manager will handle all communication and your Squarespace developer will be working hard to bring your vision to life. We will have a brief video review call each morning to share our progress and receive feedback.
We will share the homepage with you as early as Tuesday and by Friday we will have completed all the pages of the site for your review!
WEEK 2Feedback Week
Your website is designed… yay! Now it’s time to let us know what you think.
What changes would you like to see? Was there anywhere we missed or were off the mark? This is the week when you get to put your fingerprints on the project and make sure it is just perfect for your organization.
Between video calls and emails, we’ll make sure to collect all your feedback and pull the trigger to create your dream website.
WEEK 3
Debug & Launch
Now that the website is built, it’s time to get her ready to share with the world! Once we’ve received your final edits, we’ll make those updates and get prepared for your launch call!
We’ll share access to our training portal so that you have all the tools you need to thrive in the months ahead. Finally, we’ll handle launching your site!
We’ll have a post-launch call to make sure you feel confident managing the new site moving forward. And if you’d rather have some help from us, we’ve got you covered here.

Yes - our custom sites belong to you and you will have the full ability to manage it post-launch. That being said, many of our clients keep their websites fresh with our Maintenance Support Package.

Our maintenance memberships would be perfect. You don’t have to do this on your own! That fresh membership makes it easy for you to get the site managed, updated and looking great.
